Choose from the following flavours:
Vanilla (flavoured with vanilla bean paste)
Lemon (flavoured with lemon zest and juice)
Orange (flavoured with orange zest and juice)
Orange and Lemon (flavoured with orange and lemon zest and juices)
Caramel (flavoured with muscovado sugar and caramel)
Chocolate (flavoured with cocoa powder)
Chocolate Fudge (flavoured with quality dark chocolate and cocoa powder)
Fruit (flavoured with mixed dried fruit: raisins, sultanas, currants, dried mixed peel; glace cherries optional)
Christmas Fruit (flavoured with dried fruit, as above, with the addition of mixed spice for a warm spice flavour)
I can also colour the cake mixture with food colouring, if wished.
