Edible Cake Decorations - Modelling Paste 

I use commercial sugarpaste combined with gum tragacanth for my modelling paste. These decorations are rolled out thinly and then cut into shapes. Edible lustre powder is brushed onto the decorations to create a glossy and sparkly finish. 

I sell these decorations in person at fairs as they are too fragile to be sent by post.
